An Update on our Sophie. She will turn 2 on Sunday and she is doing well. Since last writing we have been diagnosed with DI and that has meant a lot of experimenting with getting the correct doses and fluid balances for her. She is crawling everywhere and we are walking with assistance. Though Sophie does not say much, she gets her message across very clearly and lets us know what she wants, doesn't want and what makes her happy. WE have had several hospital admissions, mainly to do with infections or DI. I hate them but know that they are necessary for keeping her healthy. I thank God for this precious little girl who touches so many people's lives. She warms people's hearts and we love her very much.
