1225 Alexandra Dr
Bryce Ryan Stout
2/11-12/00
When I was 20 weeks pregnant with our third child I had my routine ultrasound so I thought. When it was done the radiologist sent me to my Dr's office and we were hit with the news that our son Bryce Ryan had alobar HPE. We were told that he would never make it to term and if he did he would die shortly after birth. Well we made it to 35 weeks before I went into labor. We knew we woldn't have long with Bryce so all of our family and friends were at the hospital for the whole 12 hours it took (about 50 in all). Bryce was going to prove the Dr's wrong so he was with us for 12 hours and 1 minute untill his little body could take no more. We were able to do all the things we wanted to do with our little boy like bathe, feed ect.. and he even did the normal little boy thing and peed on us. Some people have asked me how I was I able to continue a pregnancy when I knew the outcome would be this way but I tell them I wouldn't have traded it for anything because even though Bryce only lived those few short hours he lived a lifetime for us.
