On the 16/10/02 a beautiful baby girl was born.Her name is Nawailah.She weighed 2.35kg.She has lobar hpe: microcephaly,bilateral cleft lip & palate,hypotelorism & partial sight in right eye,low set ears,seizures.We had no idea that I was pregnant with an abnormal child.I had been to every sonar from 6 weeks of pregnancy till 38 weeks.It was really a shock when Nawailah was born.It has been an uphill battle because we are fighting to control her seizures.She is almost a year old & has not had surgery for the cleft lip & palate due to uncontrollable seizures.Apart from all her problems,we love her to bits & can't imagine life without her.She our special baby & certainly a gift from God,which is why we gave her the name that we did,which means "gift" in arabic.All she thrives on is love & prayer,so I'm begging u all out there to please say a little prayer for her.Thank you.
