We are from Italy and we have Aurora, our second child was born on 19th December 1999. On the last of pregnancy the physicians told us that the baby should have some problem with her health. We decided anyway to have her. Aurora is an happy child; she loves daddy more than her mother, like all female. Until today she has had some problems with sodium ( it is always high ! ) and with food. She has also (it seems but its not clear till ) an allergy to same components of milk and therefore she must eat a mush with turkey meat or fish and vegetables. In this period, for example, she don’t eat with teaspoon, but is obstinate to use feeding-bottle. Now the medical situation is stable but while are very important the physiotherapy and the remedial gymnastics. Each two seem to help and to be good to Aurora! Siamo Italiani . Il 19 Dicembre 1999 e’ nata la nostra seconda figlia, Aurora. Verso la fine della gravidanza i medici ci dissero che la bambina poteva avere qualche problema. Decidemmo comunque di averla. Aurora e’ una bambina felice e come tutte le femmine, e’ piu’ sensibile alle grazie del papa’. Fino ad oggi ha avuto alcuni problemi con il sodio ( e’ sempre troppo alto ! ) e con il cibo. Ha anche un’allergia ad alcuni componenti del latte e per questo e’ costretta a mangiare pappette di carne di tacchino o pesce e verdure. In questo periodo, per esempio, non vuole mangiare con il cucchiaino, ma vuol mangiare solo con il biberon. La situazione medica e’ in questo momento stabile, ma sono molto importanti per lei la fisioterapia e la ginnastica terapeutica. Entrambe le cose sembrano aiutarla e farla star meglio. Ci farebbe piacere conoscere da altri genitori quali terapie si possono fare per migliorare la vita di questi bambini ed insegnar loro a vivere.
