We recently went to the NIH confrence on holoprosencephaly. I was so glad to meet other people who understand what it is like to have a child with HPE. The confrence also gave my lots of hope for my child (Quintin). Right now my son is almost two years old so I have not gone through some of the things other parents have. We just take it one day at a time.
