Hello: we adopted a newborn baby 5-94, We knew he was diagnosed with holoprosencephaly as well as other cong anomalies, bil anopthalmia (no eyes), treacheal esopageal fistula (tef), vertebral defects, and cryptorchidism and hydrocephalus and a vp shunt. I have read through all the families bios and none have these other defects. But one other person also mentioned the front teeth, he also only has one top front tooth in the middle. there is no extra spaces there, just the one tooth. the docs told us and the bmom that he would not live very long. told us to take him home, love him and he would die. Well, this little guy will be 6 this summer, his neurologist just shakes his head and has no answer, he is dev delayed but...he babbles alot, sits, rolls, will stand if put in that position and if hanging on, he laughs, he helps undress (usually when i don't want him to LOL). would like to know if there are other famies with children with any of these other dg as well as holoprosencephaly. thanks Nora
