Jesse was only 21 1/2 week old fetus. He was born early due to HPE, he had the severe case. He was 15.3ozs and 11 1/2 inches long, his name is Jesse Aaron. He is my first born, I am 36 years old. We will try again real soon. He was born July 10, 1999. I really don't understand, but our genetic test came back normal except for 3 in 13. Even the 3 in 13 was completely normal. We just pray to GOD are next one will be healthy.

Since I've had a child that died from HPE I haven't found much information on it. Until I found the Carter Centers on line. You have helped alot dealing with our lost. I understand it a little more. My heart goes out to all the parents out there with HPE children. I know Jesse is in a better place, he's my little angel. My husband & I pray everyday for GOD to take care of our son and for our son to look out for us and his half sister. This family page has helped out alot, now I don't feel like I'm the only one.
