An antibiotic commonly used to treat arthritis and acne.Some studies indicated that minocycline may have beneficial effects on people with HD due to the decreased caspase activity that results from minocycline treatment. However, a clinical trial concluded that minocycline does not have a significant impact on HD, and does not warrant further study.
