As our Mixing-Induced Two-Component Hydrogel (MITCH) has been extensively characterized and is starting to be used for different disease models and applications, we are also interested in modulating its release properties of different factors as well as improving its performance in vivo.  My research focuses on developing a hybrid hydrogel which not only physically crosslinks via the same crosslinking mechanism the original MITCH hydrogel employs, but also crosslinks further upon injection in vivo.
