Borrowing GSPB DJ Equipment

Up to *two* weeks before the date of the concerned event, the DJ equipment will be assigned to groups on the basis of priority, as described below. After that, it will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.

GSPB, GSC, and CA events
Groups holding GSC-sponsored events
All other events

So, if a group has reserved it and a group of higher priority asks for it at a conflicting time, then the group of higher priority gets it. This is allowed only two weeks in advance of the concerned event, after that it is first come first served.
