GSC Thanksgiving Dinner

 

 

Registration is closed, as all seats have been reserved.

 

There are a very few spots that are reserved for volunteers. If you are willing to volunteer for a 90-minute shift you may reserve one of these spots. Volunteering will involve greeting and directing guests, or checking them in for dinner (no food service will be involved in any volunteer activity). Please email thanksgiving@gsc.stanford.edu for more information.

 

If you registered and have not received a confirmation email with your seating time, please email thanksgiving@gsc.stanford.edu.

 

If you need to cancel your reservation or reduce the number of guests you are bringing, please let us know so that someone else can take your place:

Fifteen minutes before your assigned seating time, please check in for the feast on the first floor of the Graduate Community Center (in Ray's). Dinner will be in the Havana Room at the Graduate Community Center (750 Escondido Road) and at the Escondido Village Studio One area (behind the GCC). All seating areas are heated and covered, so come rain or shine!

 

Please only come to the seating time you are assigned, and bring your student ID and a printout of your confirmation email! You will not be seated otherwise.
