In The Beginning

Filed under: Uncategorized — Andy @ 9:28 am

I created a blog.

One of the greatest joys in my work is when someone comes into my office, is clearly scared or worried, shares his or her concerns, listens to my perspective, and walks out feeling more calm, encouraged and motivated to move forward in their job search.

I once did a card sort to identify my calling. The card that rose to the top said ”Gets to heart of the matter.” And that’s where the name of this blog originated.

With this blog, I am hoping to share some of this joy and insight with the many folks who I can’t meet in person. Please let me know how it helps you.
