Welcome back Emmett from France!

1. SCPJ:

SAFE: House bill to repeal parts of the Patriot Act. Want ASSU Senate to endorse it.

2. Daily Article/Presidential Response:

Greg & Justy interviewed by Daily for stance on Presidential Election. Response was non-commital.

However, we really should start thinking about that.

Ideas:

1. Pro's/Con's on the big canidates

2. Match them up agains the 10 key ideas of Green

3. Environmental Campaign - Begins this week!

To prepare for a more widespread campaign, each of us will present at our own house meeting this week.

Tell them:

Hazards of inproper battery disposal (researched by Justy, sent to the list by Tuesday afternoon)

Where there battery disposal jar is.

Where the paper recyling is nearby

4. Daniel's Survey:

Daniel will be making a survey for his PWR class to measure the environmental awareness of stanford students

We should help him once he has made it.

5. Speaker Series Survey:

Do a survey of various possible speakers so we should know which one to find/bring
