Phase I award-winning teams will have submitted plans that are based around installing compelling behavioral change. These plans must convey significant forethought into the resources the movements will need and likely difficulties they will face when they start and as they grow.
The Phase II award-winning team will have grown their movement to a size consistent with their one-month objectives, and have convinced judges, through a suite of metrics, that the movement is most likely to have a growing and sustainable impact.
Critically, teams should consider the Stanford community as a pilot. That is, winning movements must show that they can affect change at the University, but must also consider how their model might be successfully scaled up for regional, national, and global application.
