Cooking lesson with French chef Philippe Bressolier

This Monday we had our second magic cooking session with great chef Phiphi. We learned and applied marvelous recipes in a relax but attentive atmosphere. We started by preparing a marvelous chocolate mousse. You can imagine that everyone was fighting to be able to clean the pot where the chocolate was, putting the fingers in it with a greedy look. The smell of chocolate filled the room. Then we prepared pizza pan like real pizzaiolo. I never thought it was so easy. On it we can add what we want to have it our way. And we finished by the appetizers. Now we know the secret tricks to elaborate a successful Mayonnaise every time. We put it in cooked eggs to create Eggs Mimosas. But the best part was of course the dinner with all those terrific dishes served in the inversed order. I let you imagine the smiles we had on our face at that moment, especially when came the dessert. Bon appetit.
