Research Statement:
I studied Multiphase Flows, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Fluid-Structure Interaction, and Parallel Computing. I worked on the design, development,
and analysis of a high-order multi-phase compressible flow solver for the simulation of underwater implosions and explosions. I was also active in coupling this flow solver with a nonlinear structural analyzer
equipped with XFEM to enable the study of the effects of underwater implosion on surrounding structures.
