Born in Modesto, California, Liz Rivera is a Political Science major and Latin American Studies minor at Stanford University. She joined Ballet Folklorico de Stanford as a freshman in college and served as the group’s Financial Officer for two consecutive years. She is sincerely grateful for the experiences she has shared with her folklorico family and proud to share the beautiful, traditional dances from her Mexican heritage.
