Edgar Ch�vez was born in the Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico. Though his roots also stretch from Zacatecas to Michoacan, Jalisco is the land he has grown to love. Edgar grew up with his sister in the beautiful East Bay, California. Edgar soon found himself stepping foot on Stanford University. During New Student Orientation, Ballet Folkl�rico de Stanford performed at FACES and Edgar joined the group soon after. Though Edgar has always been shy on the dance floor, the sound of the Mariachi and Sones de Veracruz soon got him moving his feet and found great joy in dancing to the beats of his culture. After surviving his performance of an entire 5 regions during Concierto de la Primavera his freshman year, Edgar continues dancing with an amazing group of people. Edgar hopes to get more guys to join � though he enjoys the girl-to-guy ratio ;)
