Resources: Getting Access to iOU Module of Oracle Financials System

iOU is a custom software application used to verify Travel Card charges, enter, review, approve, and track reimbursements, advances, petty cash, and other check request transactions.

Gain Access to iOU

To gain access to iOU, you must satisfy two requirements:

  1. Complete required training
    2.
    • FIN-0455: iOU Reimbursements / Expense Reports


      • Note:  Register through STARS (Stanford Training and Registration System) via Axess. When you complete all lessons and submit the final test, results will be immediately posted to STARS.

  2. Receive self-service privilege "iOU Public" in Authority Manager
    3.
    Check with your manager to find out who can grant you the "iOU Public" self service privilege using the Authority Manager application.

Once both of these conditions are met, an automated nightly process will assign you Oracle responsibility "SU iOU Public," giving you access to the iOU system from the main Oracle home page.
