Gain Access to iJournals
There are three levels of responsibilities that are used to grant access to iJournals. For help determining the appropriate iJournal responsibility, reference Resources & Job Aids: iJournal Responsibility Matrix.
- "iJournal Public" responsibility is typically granted by a department manager or financial officer via Authority Manager. There are no required prerequisites that must be satisfied, however users are strongly encouraged to take the FIN-0210: Introduction to iJournals class.
- To request other iJournal responsibilities, complete the iJournal Responsibility Request form, including authorization, and send it to Integrated Financial Systems Operations staff for review and approval.
Browser Requirements
For the iJournals features and functions to work properly on PC and Mac computers, you must use recommended browsers. To verify which browsers are authorized for the iJournals application, review the Administrative System Browser Requirements web page.
