How To:  Create or Modify a Custom Period in CMS

Define Custom Periods to forecast activity beyond the fiscal year period for non-sponsored accounts or beyond the active installment period for sponsored accounts.

  Step 1 – Log in to CMS

  Step 2 – From the Account Balances screen, search and select the account (PTA) for which you want to create a Custom Period

  Step 3 – From the Account Overview screen, add or edit a Custom Period

 

What's Next?

  • Use custom periods to generate reports showing activity beyond the fiscal year period for non-sponsored accounts or beyond the active installment period for sponsored accounts.
