Required Training for PTA Manager Users and Approvers

Courses Availability

FIN-0102:  Using Stanford's Chart of Accounts
This course is designed to teach you to classify and record financial transactions using Stanford's accounting structure called the Chart of Accounts.

Prerequisite:  None

FIN-0200:  Introduction to Stanford PTA Attributes
This course explains how attributes specified during account set-up relate to awards, projects, tasks and their importance to financial management at Stanford.

Recommended Prerequisite:  FIN-0102: Using Stanford's Chart of Accounts

FIN-0201:  Using PTA Manager
This course demonstrates how to use the PTA Manager system to request PTAs, including adding project(s) and/or task(s) to existing awards and routing requests for approval.

Required Prerequisite:  FIN-0200: Introduction to Stanford PTA Attributes
