How To:  Reassign a PTA Request

Before You Start

Users and approvers can reassign the PTA transaction / request to other users / approvers as long as they have the org authority on that transaction. Reassignments can be done before and after the request is submitted for approval.

  Step 1 – Log in to PTA Manager User

Important:  Please maximize your browser window from this Step on as some buttons are located at the right of the screen.

What's Next?

  • After the request is reassigned, the transaction will disappear from the Accounts Requiring Your Action tab and show in your Action Setup: In Progress tab.
  • You can reassign the request before the transaction is completed. You may review the request but will not be able to edit the transaction if you are not the Initiator or if the transaction has been submitted.
