Flags are used for academic ceremonies and important department functions. They should be used as a meaningful part of the presentation. We stock USA, California, United Nations, and all school flags. We can order a flag for any country if your occasion warrants it. Please allow an additional two weeks for those special orders.

Understanding our lecterns, flipcharts, stanchions, flags and more:

• Flags: Approproate "flag protocol" should be used with the flags.
• Terminology Tidbit:
  • Lectern: The structure the presenter stands behind
  • Podium: What the presenter stands on
• Accessories: Wireless remotes, Que lights, Confidence monitors "IMAG" (image magnification, or live-shots).
• Technician's Assistance:: Audio, Video, Multimedia, Lighting, Stage Management
• Heaters:: We do not stock these, but will gladly source them from outside vendors. Please allow 4 working days to reserve them. Outdoor use only, in well-ventilated areas. Delivery & pickup will be directly to your site.
• Focus on Lecterns:: Visit our pictures of lecterns in setups, which also depict other miscellaneous furnishings.
• Planning Assistance: We can help with these choices. Prepare your service request and on the form ask for an event planner to contact you.
