Tables and chairs of almost any type and quantity are in stock through Event & Labor Services. See below for table sizes & seating guide. Specialty tables and chairs can be sourced for you.

Understanding our tables, chairs and coverings:

• Terminology Tidbit: Some standard industry terminology for tables:
  • Banquet: 30in wide
  • Seminar: 18in wide
  • Cocktail or Cabaret: 32in tall
  • Kiosk or Belly-buster: 42in tall
  • 8-Top: Seating 8 people at a table
  • 10Top, 12Top: Seating 10, and so on
• Food Service: Catering needs can often be overlooked. Their needs range from buffets & stations to kitchen and plating needs, captain's tables and bussing tables. Please consult with your caterer for their table needs.
• Tables Use: Remember registration tables, display tables, drink stations, Internet stations. You can do more than just the "standard" setup, depending on the venue: ask an Event Manager for assistance or ideas.

Tables
Our Portable Staging, a Wenger Stage, offers an attractive performance space for any event, in any location indoors or outside. Quickly assembled.
Stairs provide safe and easy access, and handrails can provide safe enclosure. A ramp is available.
Delivery and setup are extra. Ask for an Event Planner to contact you for more information.

Table Coverings, Plastic
Use disposable plastic table coverings as a low-cost alternative to cloth skirting and coverings (see below). Dispose or keep them after your event.
Plastic table coverings can be used for meals, or for display.
