• Sasha was back here to meet with board and get stuff moving again
  • lots of kids and womens groups building eco-san toilets

end of year final presentations?

• Eric and Molly to get date, time, location to Grace

Biodiesel Planning, execution - Whit, Grace

we need speakers

• Grace is looking into speakers but hasn't found one yet, will try Danny
• Grace to ping Adam about filtering, behind the scenes set up, etc.
• Sarah will reach out to the FSI folks
• Whit to try to reserve Braun Aud inside Mudd Chem (May 9th 15:30 - 18:00)
• Max to try to see if we can get waste veggie oil

Funding for Faculty & student dinners - Max

why isn't ther more funding?

• we need either special fees or a big program
• Grace and Sarah are interested in taking an old proposal and exploring the possibilities

Announce for new leadership - Eric J, Grace

decide if continuing conference next year

1. review officer roles, make suggestions and amendments
   1. Whit will update language on Webmaster
2. schedule a date to plan officer retreat to wrap up and help transition

everyone think about how they'd like to be involved
