  • Option B: Revision of final research paper for peer review. Upload a revised version of your research paper into your forum folder by the time class meets. This deadline is for students who selected Option B.
  • Everyone: Preparatory assignment on wiki for group work. Assignment: develop your wiki space into a functional collective space; re-format, edit, and structure your pages; also feel free to add additional pages as needed. Start a comment string about your decisions. Most importantly, start drafting a group abstract on the wiki that demonstrates the relevance of your common topic. You might follow the model suggested long ago for the research proposal: context -> problem/complication -> argument (see e-mail sent on Friday, March 3 for more details)

W Mar 8: Drafting the Group Presentation

Writing Due: Option B Group Cross-section peer reviews.. Assignment: Read the most recent version of your peer review partner's paper (available in his/her forum folder after Sunday 3/5) and then post a peer review response to your partner's draft in his/her forum folder by class today. No official form required, but please write a response of at least 150 words that engages the success of the argument and the delivery of that argument. Remember to include praise as well as constructive criticism. If you are feeling at a loss about what to comment on, look at the questions on the peer review form you received on your first draft for inspiration. (This assignment is for all students except those who wrote their peer review last week)
