Our Vision
A group of Cantonese Christian Students at Stanford, seeing the vision and feeling the burden of serving Christ in their school, came united to seek God's will. After many prayers the Elijah CellGroup was established. Since then, God has blessed this fellowship and has done His marvellous deeds through this CellGroup. Friends came to know Christ and many Christians fostered their spiritual walk with God here.

Stanford is indeed a very unique place; every year, many students come from different regions of the world to pursue their academic careers here. Many come in and will then move onto their next stage of life beyond graduation in as briefly as a year. What we sincerely hope is that during your stay @ Stanford, our CellGroup and Church will become part of your life here...

...For Christians, this is the best training ground to equip yourself and grow spiritually as you embrace the real world later on; let's grow and walk together in our walk with God.

...For friends, we hope that we can help you to discover the potential and the true meaning of life within the context of university as well as after graduation. We are here to share our Faith with you, to help you in encountering God and most importantly, the Truth. We want to be a fruitful chapter of your life!

Our Mandate
In accordance with the Holy Scripture, we endeavour to assist and encourage Cantonese Christian students to:
  • Establish fruitful and wholesome relationship with God.
  • Love and edify one another in Christ.
  • Be an effective Testimony for Christ and bring the Good News to the unheard.
  • Be a visible and living Testimony to the Truth of God on campus.
  • Serve God in the local CellGroup and Church; participate in various ministries.

In all things we based upon the doctrines of the Holy Bible, the Word of God.

Our complete Statement of Faith can be found here.
