Add Answer Wizard

Note: This wizard is only available for multiple-choice and multiple-choice with rationale questions, allowing you to add more answer choices after a question has been created via the Add Question to Part wizard.

For a Multi-Part assignment: On the Admin Assignments page, click the Edit link next to an assignment. This will bring you to the Edit Assignment page. Click the Edit link located the right of an assignment part. This will bring you to the Edit Part page. Click the Edit link next to a question. This will bring you to the Edit Question page. Click the Add Answer link located at the bottom of the screen under Answers to Question to access this wizard.

For Quick Quiz assignment: On the Admin Assignments page, click the Edit link next to an assignment. This will bring you to the Edit Assignment page. Click the Edit link next to a question. This will bring you to the Edit Question page. Click the Add Answer link located at the bottom of the screen under Answers to Question to access this wizard.

Step 1

Enter the new answer choice. Select whether or not it's the correct answer. Click Save to add the new answer to the multiple-choice question. Click Cancel to exit the wizard without making changes.

Step 2

In the final wizard screen, CourseWork reports that you have successfully added a new answer to the question. Click OK to exit the wizard and go back to the Edit Question page.
