This wizard allows you to assign privileges by tool or course-wide function. On the Admin Roles and Privileges page, click on a tool or a course-wide function to launch the Edit Privileges for the Tool wizard. Tools appear above the horizontal divider. Course-wide functions appear below the horizontal divider.

Determine which role(s) can administer the tool or course-wide function by selecting yes or no next to the role.

Click Cancel to exit the wizard without making any changes. Click Save to save the modified settings.

In the final wizard screen, CourseWork reports that you've successfully modified privilege settings. Click OK to exit the wizard and return to the Admin Roles and Privileges page.
