2012-2013 Leadership

Co-President: Tra My Pham

Tra My is a senior majoring in Mathematical and Computational Science. She joined Stanford Chinese Dance in her freshman year and is now continuing on her fourth year with us. Apart from Chinese dance, she also does ballet and Vietnamese dance!


Co-President: Monica Yun

Monica is a senior majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry. This will be her fourth year with Stanford Chinese Dance, having joined as a freshman in 2009. On campus, she is also a research assistant in Professor Xinnan Wang's neurosurgery lab and the vice-president of the Asian American Wellness Program. After graduating, she will continue her studies as she plans to become a nurse practitioner. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, seeking out good restaurants, and spending time with her little(s) from Sigma Psi Zeta!


Treasurer: Jassie Khin Hnin Phyu

Jassie is a senior from Burma majoring in Economics. She enjoys traveling, meeting new people and learning about different cultures. She has been involved with Stanford Chinese Dance for 3 years already and is looking forward to working for the group as the treasurer again this year. In her spare time, she loves swimming, doing voluntary work and spending time with friends and family.


Public Relations Officer & Webmistress: Larissa Muramoto

Larissa is a senior majoring in Economics and minoring in Psychology. She joined Stanford Chinese Dance last year as a fun way to get more exercise! Here at Stanford, she is also a research assistant in Professor Stephen Kosslyn's psychology lab, the president of the Asian American Wellness Program, as well as a web developer for the Stanford Visitor Center. When she is not busy coding, she enjoys basking in the sun!
