Software License Program for Personal Purchase

You must meet the following criteria to purchase:

  1. Have a Stanford University ID that identifies you as "Staff/Faculty", "Student", or "Post-Doc" or be an incoming student with letter of acceptance and Student ID number
  2. Must be purchasing for yourself
  3. Will not purchase the software with a Stanford Department P-Card or RPO/PO

For Online Orders: You must fax or email a copy of your Stanford ID along with the completed and signed Microsoft License agreement below.

Additional Purchase Guidelines:

  • Departmental purchases must be made through the CWA site at software.stanford.edu.
