The Stanford Biofilm Research Center is a
campus-wide research facility for studies on microbial
biofilms, and houses an upright Leica confocal
microscope.
We
have the ability to work with many different systems.
The upright scanhead and water immersion objectives
allow imaging of films without removal from
growing media.This
allows you to set-up your experiments here in our
facility and image real time in-situ.
Researchers
both on and off campus are encouraged to use the imaging
facility. Please contact Lori
Howe for questions regarding scheduling, fees or training.
