Provide FEEDBACK

This section teaches the key steps in the formation of a business around your technology. Successful methods for building value in a medical technology startup are discussed, as well as common factors that lead early-stage startups to fail. The importance of a strong founding team is emphasized, and techniques are provided for the recruitment of talented individuals with varied expertise.

Upon completion of this section, you should be able to identify some potential hazards that your company is likely to face in its early stages. In addition, you should be able to identify key areas of expertise that are missing from your team as it currently stands (if any), and form a plan for recruiting individuals with those skills into your core team.
