Tannenbaum brings over 20 years of financial experience to Metrika, having led private-to-public company transitions; raised significant capital through an IPO, private placements and follow-on offerings; and played a key role in new product introductions. He most recently held the position of senior vice president and CFO at LJL BioSystems where he negotiated its $350 million sale to Molecular Devices. Before joining LJL, he served as CFO and vice president of finance and administration at ArthroCare Corp. and, prior to that, as CFO at Target Therapeutics Inc. He also served as vice president and CFO at Sinogen and held multiple financial positions in the high-technology industry at Tandem Computers Inc., Gould/American MicroSytems Inc. and Intel Corp., among others. Tannenbaum holds a master's of business administration from the University of Utah.
