| Description |
For graduate
students (master’s and doctoral), introduces information
and approaches used by physicians to understand human disease,
focusing on type I and type II diabetes mellitus, using lectures,
computer demonstrations (including Web resources and disease
simulation software), field trips to clinics, clinical lab,
and Entelos, Inc. Student projects of their own choosing and
generally focus on diabetes, but may involve other diseases
if a group of at least 3 students chooses to do so. |
