Autumn 2008-2009:

• Bio Honors Info Session: Wednesday, October 8, 6:15-8:05pm, Hewlett 102
  Informational, mandatory meeting for students doing honors and graduating in 2009. If you’re a Senior interested in graduating with Honors in Biology in 2009, come learn what’s needed and what’s not. Remember, you DON’T need to do a Field of Study in order to graduate with Honors, but you DO need to be in the Honors Program to graduate with a Field of Study! Food will be provided.
  
  
• BioCore Midterm Cookies: Tuesday, October 14, after the midterm, Hewlett
  BioBridge will provide cookies outside Hewlett for you to enjoy after you finish your first Bio 41 midterm. Wahoo!
  
  
• Pumpkin Fest: Friday, October 31, 12:30-2:30pm at the Merck Green (grassy area between Gilbert and Herrin)
  Get ready for some fun when the Department of Biology holds its annual PumpkinFest! The Biology labs have created some amazing pumpkins in the past and they will definitely not disappoint this year either!
  FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED.
  Wear a costume...win a prize!
  You don't want to miss this great opportunity to meet faculty, grad students, and your fellow undergraduates in the Biology.
