The major aim of my research is to understand the role of a novel stomata development regulator, whose phenotype is characterized by aberrant cell divisions leading to the formation of unusual clusters of epidermis cells. I will try to uncover the precise position and function of this gene within the stomata development network as well as its interaction with other stomata regulators.
