I am interested in understanding the regulation of asymmetric cell division. There are two projects I am involved in: (1) elucidating roles of proteins that mediate both stress responses and developmental decisions and (2) identifying and characterizing genes involved in fate and morphogenesis of stomatal precursor cells.
