NaCl - 10g

For Agar add 15g/L Agar before Autoclaving

10X TBE
2 liters
Tris Base - 216g
Boric Acis - 110g
0.5M EDTA (pH 8.0) - 80 ml
filter into 2 1L bottles.

20X SSC

1.5 Liters

NaCl - 262.95g

NaCitrate - 132.3g

Dissolve in 1200 ml H20

pH to 7.0 then add water

upto 1500 ml, split into 2 1L bottles and autoclave.
