The CTL is a Stanford organization that provides resources to both students and teachers. CTL runs seminars and courses through Stanford aimed at Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Faculty. Visit their site for TA specific resources and a list of courses being offered for the 2011-2012 academic year.
Science and Engineering Video Courses
MIT Professor Sanjay Mahajan recorded video of each lecture for his course Teaching College Level Science and Engineering. These lectures can be viewed for ideas ranging from how to engage students and make up lecture slides to the specifics of how to teach equations.

Open Educational Resources (OER)
OER is an extensive online resource ranging from Kindergarten to graduate school. This is a great place to learn about leadership, tools for teaching and classroom managment. Many topics on OER are not science and engineering specific, so browse through subject and grade levels as necessary.
