Podium presentation Instructions | Poster presentation InstructionsThe ASB Poster Sessions will be held on Thursday August 23 and Friday August 24. Please check the program to see which day you will be presenting your poster.
Please follow these instructions for preparing your posters.
- Each poster presenter will be provided with an A-frame stand on which they will mount their poster. Your poster should be 42" wide and 36-40" tall.
- Poster presenters should bring all printed materials for their posters with them to the conference. Please also bring tape or push pins to hang your poster.
- Poster presenters are expected to have their posters displayed by the beginning of the day (8:30AM) on their presentation day. Posters should be removed at the end of the poster session (6:15pm).
- If you want to keep your poster, you must take it with you at the end of the poster session.
