- Provided hundreds of free books to the 2011 incoming freshmen outside of the Three Books Assembly. The required books for the freshmen provided a very narrow picture of the realities war and we provided books that provide a broader explain and accurate explanation of American wars and imperialism.
- Hand out fact sheets about corporations and government institutions (CIA, Raytheon, Chevron, Boeing, etc.) that violate international law and principles of human rights next to their booths at career fairs.
- Windows and Mirrors art exhibit depicting the images and horrors of the war in Afghanistan in White Plaza commemorating the 10th anniversary of the war in Afghanistan.
- Displayed a large map of US military interventions in certain countries accompanied with an explanation of the environmental devastation wrought by the war in White Plaza.
- Protest against CIA recruitment on campus. This protest received a lot of positive press coverage.
- Protest against former British Prime Minister and war criminal Tony Blair’s visit to campus.
- Letter Writing Party to prevent war on Iran and stop the sanctions against Iran. Wrote letters to Michelle Obama urging her to urge her husband to stop the path of sanctions and to not attack Iran, while we enjoyed Persian food and music.
