Cecile Andrews, author of "A Circle of Simplicity: Return to the Good Life" recently spent two years on the Stanford Campus, as an affiliated scholar with the Institute for Research on Women and Gender. Twenty-some years ago, she received her doctorate in education from Stanford.
After that, she worked as an administrator for a community college, until she focused on Simplicity Study Circles. She wrote the book "The Circle of Simplicity."
Currently she continues to head the Simplicity Circle Project for the non-profit organization Seeds of Simplicity, a program of the Center for Religion, Ethics, Social Policy at Cornell University.
