Dean's Visit & Financial Aid - Fordham Law School
When: Wednesday, April 5, 2:00pm
Where: Sweet Hall 413
Stephen Brown, Assistant Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid at Fordham Law in New York City, will be speaking about financing law school and about Fordham Law in New York on Wednesday, April 5, 2006 at 2 pm in Sweet Hall Room 413. Check with the front desk staff in the UAP, first floor Sweet Hall. He will be talking about federal consolodation, the new PLUS Loans for Graduate Students and other financial issues. Stanford Pre-Law Society's Public Interest Volunteer Program
Information Session
When: Sunday, March 5th, 2:00-2:40pm

Interested in public interest law?
Want to get experience working with lawyers on cases and dealing with clients?
Concerned about social justice and looking to work with nonprofit organizations?
Feel free to stop by and talk to us personally about your interests and possible placements. We will be discussing our partnership with organizations in the Bay Area.
- Receive descriptions of and select the community partners you would like to work with.
- Work once-a-week for five fours with other students from Stanford.
- Get free transportation to organizations in San Francisco, San Jose, and Oakland.
- Secure summer internships and even a postgraduate career.

Lunch With a Professor

This quarter the Stanford Pre-Law Society has invited Prof. Michele Landis Dauber, Associate Professor of Law at the Stanford Law School to attend our Lunch with a Professor Series. Her concentration is the Sociology of Law. She will be having lunch with us on Thursday, March 2nd. This will be a great chance to talk with a law professor and get your questions answered.

Secrets of the Game for the LSAT Diagnostic Test
When: February 28, 7:00 to 9:00 pm
Sponsored by SPLS and Stanford Rotaract
A review of the test you took on Wednesday (email for take home if you missed it). Workshop will focus on logic games and specific logical reasoning strategies.
Instructor: Jesse Czelusta, charter member of Stanford Rotaract, more than 8 years of LSAT teaching experience, scored in the 99th percentile, winner of multiple Stanford TA awards. Jesse is the founder of the first LSAT Game intensive class. Pizza provided.
LSAT Diagnostic Test
