Sexual Health Resources


The SHPRC works to promote knowledge and the practice of safer sexual activies among the Stanford student body. We work in conjunction with other on-campus organizations with the same goals and can provide referrals to off-campus organizations when necessary. On-Campus Resources


Vaden Student Health Services
Vaden offers medical care inculding gynecological exams, pregnancy testing, pregnancy options counseling, low-cost birth control supplies, STD treatment, and confidential HIV testing testing. Anonymous HIV testing is also provided by trained Peer educators.

The Safer Sex Shoppe
The Safer Sex Shoppe is a student-run center which provides a wide variety of safer sex paraphernalia and information.

Off-Campus Resources


Planned Parenthood
Planned Parenthood offers medical services including pregnancy testing, pregnancy options counseling, first trimester abortions, birth control supplies and family-planning information, infection and STD treatment, and anonymous HIV testing. All charges are based on a sliding scale.

Good Vibrations
Good Vibrations is a worker-owned cooperative providing information on sexual health and sexuality. They have two retail stores in the area which sell pleasure-enhancing products. The stores are located in San Francisco and Berkeley.
