SAY offers in-class writing workshops at teachers' requests throughout the fall and early winter months. SAY currently offer workshops on Fridays in October, November, early December and late January. Our workshops are designed to motivate students to write creatively and often to supplement ongoing classroom projects. SAY workshop leaders have experience teaching workshops on a range of topics from fiction and poetry writing to songwriting, journalism, dialogue, character descriptions, sonnets, drama and humor. We are always happy to collaborate with teachers to create a lesson plan that fits their interests.
