Submit your entry by emailing your two-column script as an attachment to billie@allstarshelpingkids.org

Adhere to the following instructions:

• The text of your email must include:
  • Student name(s), grade level, phone number(s) and email address(es)
  • Name of high school and mailing address
  • Adult Acvisor ’s name, address, phone number and email address

• Your written proposal must be in the form of a two column script and must include a title, student name(s), written script and works cited. Submit the script as an attachment to the email. View a sample two column script and download a blank template to start your work.

• Deadline to submit proposals online: September 21, 2007.
