The Stanford Police have been notified. If possible, EV residents should move their bikes to the rear patio areas of their apartments. Dinner with Provost John Etchemendy Tuesday, October 7, 6:00pm-7:30pm Rains Buttery RSVP by noon on Sunday, September 28 On Tuesday, October 7, Provost John Etchemendy will visit the graduate community to meet graduate students. The Provost will host a dinner and conversation from 6:00-7:30 p.m. for 20 students at the Buttery at Rains Houses. This is an opportunity for students to meet the Provost and discuss issues of interest to the graduate community. If you are interested in attending the dinner, please email Chris Griffith of the Graduate Life Office at griffith@stanford no later than 12 noon on Sunday, September 28 and provide the following information: Name Gender Academic Department/School 1st year/Continuing Graduate Student Living On/Off Campus Topics for Discussion If the sign-ups exceed the 20 spaces allotted, we will select students randomly from groups divided by school and on/off campus. If you are selected to attend the dinner, you will be notified via email on Sunday evening (9/28) and you must confirm your attendance by 12 noon on Monday (9/29). Both the President and the Provost will host more dinners during this academic year, so if you are not selected for the first dinner, there will be more opportunities. General Info: Neighborhood Noise Complaints FYI: Quiet hours in Escondido Village are observed after 11pm Sunday through Thursday, and after 1am on Friday and Saturday.
