Welcome to Studio 2, and if this is your first year on campus, welcome to Stanford! The Studio 2 Community Associates wish you a great year in our building, and are looking forward to meeting you soon during one of our events.
In the meantime, we hope that this website will be a useful resource. You can check out a plan of the building, read some useful information about various emergencies, and our frequently asked questions section and find some useful links to various resources at Stanford and beyond. Also, please read some important information on how to avoid fire alarms when cooking.
The main role of your Community Associates is to organize fun events for the building. Events will be announced on the building mailing list, and an agenda of all upcoming events is available below. We are looking forward to meeting you at one of these events!
Studio 2 is a graduate student residence building on the Stanford University campus, located near the intersection of Campus Drive and Escondido Road. Studio 2 is part of Escondido Village, which is split into different neighborhoods. CAs organize fun events for the neighborhood, such as BBQs, movie nights, study breaks and trips - really whatever you and us feel like doing! The goal of this website is to provide the Studio 2 residents with information about our building and an extensive list of pointers to useful resources.
